The town of Sebago has at least 47 cemeteries. The Brown Cemetery is one of the smaller ones and is perhaps the most remote. There are also a few cellar holes located nearby that can be explored. An 1896 USGS Topo Map displays six buildings along this old road, so perhaps it isn't too much of a stretch to call the area a ghost town. It may be possible to reach the geocache with an ATV or a high clearance vehicle, but many people will have to have to walk it which will take 30-60 minutes each way.
Access: If approaching from Route 107, there is no bridge over Mill Brook (see VIP Adventurer's log). Therefore, it should be planned to either ford the brook or approach from Westshore Rd / Beech Rd.
