Farmville Methodist Church turns 120 years old this year (2021). My family has been a member of this church for over 100 years. My grandmother, my mother and father and now my family. God has played such an integral part in my life, seeing me through some joyous as well as tragic times in my life. I thought it fitting to place a cache to show how much God has done in my life, to commemorate this milestone as well as being my first hide. The Town of Farmville happens to be turning 150 years old in February of 2022. I also wanted to place this cache to commemorate that milestone. Please take time to enjoy the scenery and sit on the benches to meditate or just relax. This can be a high muggle area depending on events happening at the church. Please note that Sunday school and Service are from 9:00 am to 11:00 am so this may be a good time to avoid hunting or come and worship with us then find afterwards.
