This was a previous multi called Watching Andy, but the owner moved away and the final had disappeared. I felt we needed to remember Andy, so I am resurrecting this one with a new final location. There are some trackables and other trinkets to start.
You are looking for a Camouflaged Small container (less than a quart) at the given coordinates BYOP although a small one is inside.

Andy Warhol died on February 22, 1987 and is buried at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, which is owned and operated by St. John the Baptist Church in Pittsburgh - a sister parish of St. John Chrysostom Byzantine Catholic Church. Warhol’s parents, Julia and Andrej, are also buried at the same cemetery.
Hundreds of devotees make the pilgrimage yearly to Warhol’s resting place. Often these visitors leave mementos at the site, including such popular culture items as Campbell’s Soup cans and Coca-Cola bottles.

Starting at the initial coordinates, find a set of numbers that are in the following format:
W-_ _-_ _
Take the first pair of numbers and divide by 1000, now add this new number to the following coordinates:
N40 21.218 to get the new North coordinates.
Take the second pair of numbers and divide by 1000, now add this new number to the following coordinates:
W80 1.737 to get the new West coordinates.
Once you arrive at Stage two, you are looking for the grave site of Mr & Mrs Smith, who were married on August 16, but what year?
Take the year of their marriage and divide by 1000, now deduct this new number from these following coordinates:
N40 23.208 and W80 3.670
Now you have your final coordinates, don't forget to say Hello to Andy.
