Geocache Description:

Every weekend I walk my beagle up Redburn Forest Park and he loves to have a drink at the bottom of this old waterfall, so this was the perfect place for our cache.

This is a "Specialist Tool Required" Cache and all information and instructions are detailed below

It can be done as one person but we do recommened two

  Tool Needed
A container that can hold at least 2l of water

  Instructions
Go to the Trailhead waypoint and this is where you will begin your ascent up the old waterfall ( try not to get your feet wet)

Use the first "trickle" you see to fill up your container with at least 2l of water
(If you have forgotten your specialist tool i have left one under the big rock located at the first trickle of the waterfall, I will check on this weekly but i advise you bring your own)

Carry your container full of water up to the cache

Extra help on getting to the cache

Climb the waterfall until you reach the the large fallen tree

Look left and make your way up to the tree above
( I have left some rope to help you on your way...again, try not to spill anything!)

Behind the tree you will find the special container and hopefully you'll realise then why the water is needed to retrieve the cache inside.

Good Luck and remember about the hint...it's important at the end!!!

Congratulations dyb.dyb.dyb for FTF 💚
