Downtown Haifa just at the south east edge of Independence ST'
is the tall Sail Building of the ministry of interior affairs
To the south you can find the new municipal court of Haifa.
Just between them there is a nice promenade that will take you along some of Haifa's old pictures scenes
To find this cache you will have to find the clues on the promenade and then some.
There are 12 images on the promenade. Find the clues in the numbered scenes.
Scene 2 - 19th century German colony - there are two people working in the field.

From scene 11 head north and next to the entrance of the building there are stairs going down (north east) near the bottom of the stairs, you will find an electrical box.
