Last wek I went round to see my friend Dotty. We had arranged to go out for lunch but when I got to her house I found her in the hallway scrabbling about on the tiles.
" What on earth are you doing Dotty?" I asked.
"Oh, I've written some letters and dropped them on the floor" she said. I got down to help and found some had slid under the chest.
"How many letters did you write Dotty?"
"Oh seven I think"
"That's a lot of letters Dotty!"
"Oh yes, I got board and wrote to all my friends"
I pulled out the letters.
"Look Dotty, here's a blank one -you've forgotten to put the address on!"
"Never mind that now, lets go and get lunch".
"Where are we going Dotty?" I said
"Oh you know- that new place up the road- I've forgotten its name - begins with Q or Z or something"
We had a lovely lunch then Dotty hid a cache.
