Sanuma is an agricultural reservoir with a circumference of about 6 km and an area of about 55 ha.
In addition to being one of Ibaraki's 100 scenic spots, Sanuma Lake has also been selected as one of the 100 best reservoirs by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
The area around Sanuma is also maintained as a Sanuma Regional Park, with trails leading to the surrounding area.
I hid the cache near the trail around the Sanuma.
There are no pens in the caches, so please bring your own.
After finding it, please return it to its original position for the next person.
Additional Information
Shimotsuma City has a community bicycle service called "Shimonchari," which can be rented for free.
There are also three bike ports around Sanuma, which can be used with a 100 yen coin.
How to use
(1) Insert a 100-yen coin into the key box on the handlebars of the bicycle.
(2) The chain will come off and the bicycle will be ready for use.
(3) Please use the bicycle in accordance with the usage rules.
(4) Be sure to return the bicycle to the bike port after use. You can use any dedicated port.
(5) Insert the key into the key box and a 100 yen coin will be returned to you.

砂沼は周囲約６Km、面積約５５ｈａの農業用ため池です。
茨城百景のほか、農林水産省のため池百選にも砂沼湖として選定されています。
また、砂沼周辺は砂沼広域公園としても整備されており、周囲を巡る歩道も整備されています。
砂沼の周囲を巡る歩道近辺にキャッシュを設置しました。
キャッシュにペンは入っておりませんのでご持参下さい。
発見後は次の方のためにも元の位置に戻すようお願いします。
※追加情報
下妻市には「しもんチャリ」というコミュニティーサイクルが有り、無料で借りることが出来ます。
砂沼の周囲にも3カ所のサイクルポートが有り、１００円硬貨１枚あれば利用可能です。
利用方法
(1) 自転車のハンドル部分のキーボックスに１００円硬貨を入れます。
(2) チェーンが外れ、自転車が利用可能となります。
(3) 利用ルールを守って、ご利用ください。
(4) 利用後は、必ずサイクルポートに返却。専用ポートであれば、どのポートでもOKです。
(5) キーボックスに鍵を差し込むと、１００円硬貨が返却されます。
