Kozara is a relatively low but beautiful mountain located in the northwestern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It's second highest peak is Gola planina (Bare Mountain) at 876 m from which you could look at cities of Prijedor and Banja Luka, Saničani fish ponds, Omarska mine, mountains Vlašić, Manjača, Vitorog, Grmeč, Klekovača and Plješevica and even Western Slavonija and Papuk mountain in Croatia. Bring your binoculars!
Although cache location is accessible by car (via unpaved roads) it's far better to park at Mrakovica parking and take a hiking trail. All paths and crossroads are well marked and length is about 6 km. Bring enough water - there are drinkable springs on the trail but they dry up sometimes.
