This little community park is close to our hearts and home. We walk our dog here, our children have learnt to ride bikes here, play football and climb trees - a gem of a place.
In March 2020 during Covid-19 lockdown, when we were allowed out to excercise, this park was a place to wave at friends from a socially acceptable distance ;-) and let the kids run "free" bringing back a bit of normality to our lives.
During the social unrest in July 2021 when food supplies became uncertain, this park was a location for pop-up markets and really showed what people can do in difficult times.
The Park now has a jungle gym and is well maintained thanks to the sponsors!
We were most upset as newby cachers that there was a cache here that wasn't being maintained so began the process of taking over custody.
