This cache placement was chosen by my sons and I after visiting their great grandparents grave and while reminiscing took notice of the amount of Davis tombstones in the cemetery. This was my grandfathers name and the namesake for the middle name of my eldest son, and my mother grew up on the farm just around the corner from the village around the next turn. Some of the Davis' buried here are war veterans from numerous wars and date back over 200 years, and I am told that the one white broken tombstone leaned against another in the cemetery was in the basement of my mothers home growing up and scared her as a little girl before it was properly repatriated to the cemetery.
The cache is a small camouflaged plastic container, and will take you on a stroll through the history of the settlers of Fullarton township.
