Simple hide with approximately 100-feet of bushwacking required. This a Traditional cache along the bike trail in Cedar Niles Park (see attached photo of Trail Map). It’s Difficulty rating of 2.5 reflects the challenge in finding a regular cache in the woods. The Terrain rating of 3.5 reflects the long hike (approx 5-miles round trip) and rough terrain approaching the CZ (may have to ford a few streams in the spring) along the abundance of thorns, PI and wild critters. Take plenty of water and recommend bug spray unless there is snow on the ground and be sure to replace the camouflage when replacing the container.
As you are hiking the Columbine Loop on the bike trail be sure to watch for the religious rocks...
