What is tough? A man I knew applied for a controlled bison hunt at Delta , Alaska. He hunted with a Game Dept agent and shot an old, barren cow. He had the meat cut up and was excited about his first bison dinner--a nice roast. He told me that roast was so tough he couldn't chew the gravy. He ground the whole cow into bison burger. This cache is not tough to find. Stay on the paved trail.
