You are looking for a Bison Alligator.
I loved seeing the alligators when I went down to Florida. They are mesmerizing creatures. They seem so lazy and slow, but can then strike at an amazingly quick speed! Here are a couple facts:
- Alligators top speed on land is 35 mph, and in water is 20 mph.
- Alligators have been around for approximately 37 million years.
- Alligators use their tails to propell them as much as 5 feet out of the water when they leap.
- The one that astonished me the most: Alligators can climb! Not full on rock walls, but they can go up vertical inclines and some tree trunks!
It has been hard finding a good spot for this, but at last, today we found it, and it wasn't too close to another cache! I would read the whole cache page *cough the attributes cough* before searching. You will need light to search for this, but night caching is allowed. You can bring your dog, I did (she loved it) but it can be questionable and dirty. And finally: Go for this on a nice day, not a wet one . . . because that's when the alligators are out. . . .
Congratulations to Team Over the Hump on the Group FTF!
Good Luck!
