I've been meaning to put more caches in these great woods, but it's not easy finding a perfect spot that isn't too close to the caches that are already here. This spot, on an esker, and along a carriage road laid out by Frederick Law Olmsted in the 1880's, checks off almost all my geocache boxes. Interesting and scenic hike, not overly difficult to find, gorgeous view, and a nice place to sit while you do the paperwork. For more about this area check out our JC Phillips Adventure lab.
Enjoy!
Congratulations to jewelsverne for FTF.
