I discovered this hiding spot in the spring of 2020 when I adjusted my daily walk southward away from the boardwalk I used to use.
It is two short half blocks from the suggested parking.
Just FYI, the haircut reference relates to the back side of the hiding spot, not the street side. (And it is "lying down.")
Update March 2023: After having found the CC out on ground multiple times, we "found" it gone altogether. So, new and different CC, new location in same "barber shop", same coordinates.
