We started the Walk in the Park Series last year as we explored new places around the urban Wolf River with our bestie caching buddy GeoCassi to keep her walking. Well, unfortunately, we lost her this year in April, 13 years and 6 months was a good run for a big dog. We have continued our walking and exploring new paved and primitive trails along the urban Wolf River, and now with a new rescued caching buddy, GeoMaia.
We ventured out to W.C. Johnson Park and discovered a lovely primitive trail that connects to the Boardwalk if you want to go all the way around the park or if you stick to the primitive loop it's about 4 miles out and back following the white blazes on the trees. This cache takes you in about 1.5 miles, it's a nice walk and a nice bike ride too. And it's "down by the river" too, same river, different park.

The cache itself is small and camo'd prescritpion bottle. It's a little off the trail to avoid muggles. Bring your own pen.
