Tamworth's Planetary Pursuit
In March and April of 2018, Groundspeak ran a souvenir event called Planetary Pursuit, allowing players to gain 10 souvenirs.
Souvenirs are one of the many parts of this game we call Geocaching. Another part is events, and one of the event types is Mega events.
In 2022, the West Midlands region is hosting the UK annual Mega. This cache is being placed in conjunction with our 'Castles of the West Midlands' Event taking place in this park in October 2021.
The coordinates for this cache place you by the sun at the centre of our Solar system and follows the route of the sculptures, known officially as the Planet Walk, and as you make your way along the Red Rocket trail you will visit each planet sculpture in turn.
