As a child growing up in the Collegedale area, my Daddy would go for walks across this beautiful campus with my Grandma & Grandpa. They would load up Daddy's cool 3-wheeled bike and would spend hours riding up and down the sidewalks. When Daddy was 15-years old, he started Geocaching, and found some of his first caches very close to here. Today, 17 years later, I am hiding my 1st cache in the exact spot where Daddy once had a cache called "Quarter Dollar" (GCKBAE).

Cache is a regular Lock-n-Lock container with lots of cool toys. They have been thoroughly inspected for quality control by Micah_Man, and he can confirm any kids looking for this cache will enjoy finding it. Please rehide very well so muggles won't discover it. This area can be very busy at times, and stealth is key.
Chattanooga Area Cache Tour
This cache is part of a collaborative effort by Chattanooga Area Geocachers to kick off our annual "Deck the Firehalls" (DTFH) Christmas event.
Print off the tour passport, and collect code words found in each cache log.
Then bring your completed passport to "Deck the Firehalls" (GC8JZYJ) on December 12, 2021 for a chance to win some cool prizes.
This series of caches are permanent hides for visitors and locals alike to highlight the beautiful region we call home year around.
