Congrats to clayton&karen for the FTF!

A couple of friends of owlandpussycat (1939-2018) wanted to put a cache in his memory here in Newport. He sure loved coming up here. OWL was a high flyer, serving his country in a distinguished Air Force career. Local cacher Aelius has agreed to maintain the cache. Though you don't need to look high, the high flyer would have found this cache quick. Will you?
