Come join us at the second annual GIFF at the Beach in Ocean Shores, WA, for a screening of the 2021 Geocaching Internationl Film Festival finalists' entries from around the world. Meet fellow geocachers and earn a GIFF souvenir by discovering the special trackable code in the film. There is room for 35 people, and a nice setup for projecting the movies. Vote for your favorite video at the event and we will tally the votes to determine our group's top pick. There will be a logbook at the event. Please bring your own writing stick; you know, with Covid and all.... For an example of what to expect at this year's event, see: 'The Very Best of GIFF: 7 Years of Geocaching Filmmaking'. There will also be a drawing for several trackable tags after the completion of the film.
This event is free and open to the public. Both geocachers and those interested in learning the game are welcome, so bring your muggle friends along. Please include how many are in your group in your will attend log. You are allowed to bring a snack or non-alcoholic beverage into the room.  Feel free to bring any travel bugs or geocoins for discovering or trading.
COVID 19 protocol:Â All persons are required to wear a proper face mask inside the building.Â
Ocean Shores boasts 60 geocaches, several of which are within walking distance of the event (if the weather cooperates) for those who arrive early or stay late.Â
