Do you love mystery caches? Do you love D/T (Difficulty/Terrain) ratings? if so, we have a GREAT series for you!!!
The Jackson County Agritourism Geo-Trail 81 series (JCAT-81) has been placed for YOU! We do have to fess up that the series isn’t actually in Jackson County, but it’s a stone’s throw away and an awesome set of caches. If you complete all 81, you will have completed an entire D/T grid. Total fizzy awesomeness!
The majority of the caches are hidden in Sandy Creek Park. There is an entrance fee of $2 per person to enter. Current park hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed on Mondays. (Note: Hours can change-- please check with the park before making your trip plans)
The caches are hidden in a variety of containers and styles. The puzzles will help build your puzzle-solving skills. Be on the lookout for some JCAT-81 Puzzle-Solving events where we will help you solve some of the tougher ones.

This cache is rated a 5.0/5.0. The "puzzle" here is very straightforward The cache is a micro container with no room for SWAG/Trackables. You will need some form of reaching tool or ladder to reach the final.

This is a replacement for the previous 5/5. Those that found the previous 5/5 are welcome to hunt this one as well. Note that your name must be on the log to claim this as a find.
And, so we come to the end (Again!)!! This is the 81st puzzle in the JCAT-81 Puzzle Series. We truly hope you have enjoyed solving and hunting these caches! 🥰🥰
Your task is "simple" for this final cache. Here is what you need to do to find the coordinates for the final, 5.0/5.0 find:
- Solve the other 80 caches in the JCAT puzzle series.
- Take the last three digits of each SOLVED North coordinate and add them together to get a number.
- Take the last three digits of each SOLVED West coordinate and add them together to get a number.
- Add these two numbers together to get a final number.
- Enter that number in the Certitude checker below.
If you have solved all of the JCAT-81 puzzles, this will be a breeze! If you have not, you will have some work to do!
Because we are nice, we will give you a worksheet where you can keep track of your work. The numbers will add up for you automatically! Note that you will need to save a copy locally to be able to edit.
If you had solved the puzzle previously, the solution for Certitude is identical. We only changed the hide location. The Certitude answer did not change...

Important note: The numbers you need are from the final coordinates only. At least one of the puzzles in the list is a field puzzle that requires a site visit before determining the final coords. This puzzle can NOT be solved with out the appropriate site visit(s). Additionaly, on 5/10/21, we moved GC96C52 - JCAT-81: 3.5/1.0 Sights & Phrases From the Farm! and GC96CFW - JCAT-81: 3.0/2.0 - Zipping Through the Cowtowns slightly. We did not change the way the puzzles were structured. If you solved these before 5/10/21, make sure you are using the updated coordinates...
Edit 6/16/23: We changed the location of GC96EZ7 - JCAT-81: 1.0/5.0 Duck...Duck...GOOSE!! and updated the puzzle accordingly. If you solved this one before 6/16/23, please make sure you are using the most up-to-date coordinates in your solution...
