Several years ago, we found the cache that used to be here, and we liked the location. We recently noticed that cache had been archived, so we thought we'd put it back, but in a slightly easier spot. The previous hide was really challenging! There's lots of parking nearby, but it's not wheelchair accessible. The cache is out in the open so no there is no reason to open electrical boxes.
