A SUGAR-AND-SPICE CACHE SERIES
During the years leading up to the end of World War II there was a race to see who could develop an atomic bomb first. There were many tests during this time. A result of one of these test ended with the accidental discovery of a creature that had been muted by the radiation. This creature glowed yellow and could vaporize anything it touched. There was an attempt to weaponize this mutated creature for war. After many attempts it was determined the project to turn the creature into a weapon had failed. The creature could not be controlled. Scientist quickly began to work on a container to house the creature, and they were successful. It was decicded to hide the container to keep it out of the wrong hands.
It is unknown if there is any truth to this story. There are some who say they were there, while others say it never happened. We may never know.
THIS CACHE IS HIDDEN IN REED MOUNTAIN PARK. THE PARK IS CLOSED FROM 10:00 PM TO 6:00 AM. DO NOT SEARCH FOR THIS CACHE DURING THOSE HOURS.
The posted coordinates are a good location to park when searching for the cache.
