In 2020, GIFF took a brief ‘intermission’......
We were left to rewatch previous years video submissions.......
Then came 2021......
And it brought with it, the return.....
That's right, it's back!!!!
The Geocaching International Film Festival: The 2021 Edition!!!
You're all invited to come and join us in the Breakfast Room at the Super 8 by Wyndham (4999 Biddle Rd, Medford, OR 97502) on Saturday, November 20th, from 1 to 2:30 pm. We'll be showing the 2021 film reel and asking you to be the judges!. Let's make this a potluck snacks/treats/drinks get together too! Feel free to bring something to share and munch on. We'll have our small popcorn machine there for some yummy movie popcorn too!
This event is free and open to all those who would like to come down and watch the finalists in this years Geocaching International Film Festival! As in previous years, the film reel is usually around an hour to an hour and a half long. From finding new favorite places, people, and puzzles, geocaching is full of moments that should be captured on film and shared with the geocaching world. We can't wait to see the amazing films that cachers came up with!
