The Silverback Trail is a new trail situated in a system of horse trails in the Rockridge area of Maple Ridge. It is best to do this series of caches in numerical order, by walking the trail clockwise. You can make a nice loop of this hike by coming back down the Bear Claw Trail and then West towards Balsam Street and the parking area. Please note that mountain bikers frequent this trail (as they are the ones that built it) and they will be completing the trail counter-clockwise. There is parking at the end of Balsam Street: N49 14.960 W122 34.438
There are four caches in this series + a final cache. In caches one through four you will find the coordinates for the final cache location. One you have found all four of the caches you will then have the coordinates for the final.
THIS CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. To find this cache you need to first find geocaches 1 through 4 in the Silverback Trail series. On each of the logsheets in those caches you will find the coordinates for this cache. Once you have found all four caches you will be able to piece together the coordinates for this cache.
