This is quite a collection of rebar and concrete from an old demolished bridge, but creatively reborn here as lawn art. After you've gotten your fill of examining twisted steel, be sure to head to the back of the parking lot where you will find remnants of the iconic, art deco ferry Kalakala.
The nice thing about the Steel Kraken is you can admire it in relative peace and nobody will think twice about it. Once you have the outer container in hand, press the inner container, and it will drop into your hand. After signing the log, tuck the container away exactly where you found it. It's important to do this as the goal for all of us is to maintain caches for future cachers to enjoy.
