A SUGAR-AND-SPICE CACHE SERIES
In Greek mythology and later Roman mythology, the Cyclopes are giant one-eyed creatures. There is a legend that, while a journey, a young warrior encountered a very angry cyclops. This cyclops was said to cause havoc and destroy all he could. During the battle it is rumored the young warrior was able to steal the cyclops eye. The cyclops now blind, was powerless against the warrior or anyone else. The warrior kept the eye and hid it from the cyclops to keep him from causing anymore havoc or destruction. It is unknown if there any truth to this legend or not.
