This is in association with Graffham Down Trust.

 

09:30 - 13:00 - Saturday 11th December 2021
St Giles Church
Graffham

 

The aim of the day is to do some coppicing work in the reserves either side of the South Downs Way.

Please see the Trusts website for the location of the reserves.

We are aiming to meet at 09:30 am by St Giles Church, Graffham where there will be vehicles to take us to where we will be working.  We will be supplied with tools and equipment and instructions on how to use them, but if you could bring your own gloves that would be helpful.

We plan to finish at around 13:00, but anyone wishing to stay until 15:00 will be welcome to as this is when the trust are planning on finishing for the day.

There will be Teas, Coffees and Cakes supplied on the day, but if anyone else wants to bring more cakes etc. along I am sure it would be appreciated.

The published coordinates are for the lynch gate to the church.
