Mistletoe is an unincorporated community located in Owsley County, Kentucky, United States. Its post office closed in January 2004. The community was named for the mistletoe native to the area.

Mistletoe is a populated place located in Owsley County at latitude 37.313 and longitude -83.592.

The elevation of Mistletoe is 866 feet. Mistletoe appears on the Mistletoe U.S. Geological Survey Map. Owsley County is in the Eastern Time Zone (UTC -5 hours).
