In case you don't recognise the phrase, in England it simply means "keep your chin up" (presumably "pecker" would be your nose.) This will be an easy find, about chest high, in the tree, a couple of metres off the trail. If you follow this sweet trail you'll find yourself at the boat launch on Prospect Lake.
