A simple tailgate meet and greet. Grab a coffee, dress warm, and we'll swap some geo-stories.
I recently had a wonderful geocaching trip to Medicine Hat and wanted to return again and find more of the fantastic hides here as well as meet some of the local cachers.
"Much is made of the fact that Jungle Book author Rudyard Kipling loved Medicine Hat , a spunky, southeastern Alberta city that’s built on one of North America’s largest natural gas fields. Kipling travelled Canada by train in 1907 with his wife and spoke eloquently of the area’s natural gas on the front page of the Medicine Hat News, saying: “This part of the country seems to have All Hell for a basement, and the only trap door appears to be in Medicine Hat.”
