This is an easy cache in one of Halifax's largest parks in the North End. This park is a memorial to Merv Sullivan who was a resident of the North End of Halifax, and a great community member and volunteer. The park is better known as "The Pit," but it's a pit of recreation rather than despair. You can play ball on the baseball diamond, run the soccer/ultimate/football field, use the basketball and tennis courts, take the kids to the playground or just hang out.
