Siihen aikaan antoi Suuri Sammakko käskyn, että koko valtakunnassa oli toimitettava kätkön julkaisu. Kaikki menivät kirjautumaan Geocaching.comiin, kukin omalla laitteellansa.
Niin myös muuan kätköilijä lähti kotoansa, ja meni kätkön julkaisua varten Haukiputaalle, Oulun kaupunkiin, sillä hän kuului alueen kätköilijöihin. Hän lähti sinne yhdessä purkkiensa kanssa, jotka odottivat logivihkoaan. Heidän siellä ollessaan tuli kätkön piilottamisen aika, ja purkki sai logikirjansa, esikoisensa. Kätköilijä kapaloi PET-putkilon ja pani seimeen, koska sille ei ollut tilaa kiven alla.
Ympäri maata oli kätköntarkastajia yöllä kodeissaan vartioimassa julkaisujonojansa. Yhtäkkiä heidän eteensä ilmestyi uusi julkaisupyyntö, ja näytön kirkkaus ympäröi heidät. Pelko valtasi tarkastajat, mutta yksi heistä sanoi muille: "Älkää pelätkö! Minä ehdin julkaisemaan tämän ilosanoman, suuren ilon koko kansalle. Tänään on kätköilijöille Oulun kaupungissa luotu uusi kätkö. Tämä on merkkinä heille: he löytävät purkin, joka makaa kapaloituna seimessä". Ja samalla hetkellä oli kätkökuvauksen vierellä suuri attribuuttijoukko, joka kuvaili kätköä sanoen:
Kätkö ei vaadi huomaamatonta toimintaa, se sopii turisteille ja on saatavilla talvella.
Kun kätkö oli julkaistu, tarkastajat viestivät toisilleen: "Nyt Geocache.fi:hin! Siellä me näemme sen, mitä on tapahtunut, sen, mitä kätköilijät toisilleen ilmoittavat." He kirjautuivat kiireesti ja löysivät uuden julkaisun ja FTF-loggaukset.
Tarkastajat palasivat julkaisujonojen ääreen kiittäen ja ylistäen kätköttäjää siitä, mitä olivat kätkökuvauksessa nähneet. Kaikki oli juuri niin kuin heille oli kerrottu.
Kätkökuvauksesta huolimatta, sopii huomauttaa jos on käynyt moka kätkön tiedoissa. Mukavaa joulunodotusta kaikille! 🎅
In those days a decree went out from The Great Frog that a cache publication had to be done throughout the whole world. So all went and logged in to Geocaching.com, each with their own device.
And certain cacher too went up from his home to Haukipudas, to the city of Oulu, because he was a cacher of that area, to publish new cache, waiting for a logbook. While they were there, the time came for cache to be hidden, and the container got its first logbook. The cacher wrapped PETling in swaddling clothes and laid it in a manger, because there was no room for it under a rock.
All over the country were reviewers at their homes keeping the night watch over their publication queues. New publication request appeared to them and their screen brightness shone around them, and they were struck with great fear. One of the reviewers said to the others: ”Do not fear! I'm able to proclaim these good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For today in the city of Oulu a new cache has been created for cachers. And this will be sign for them: they will find a container wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in manger.” And suddenly there was multitude of attributes next to the cache description page, which described the cache by saying:
Cache doesn't require stealth, is recommended for tourists and is available in winter.
When the cache had been published, the reviewers said to one another, ”Let us go, then, to geocache.fi to see this thing that has taken place, which cachers have made known to others.” So they logged on in haste and found new publication and its FTF logs.
Then the reviewers returned to their publication queues, glorfying and praising the cacher for all they had seen in the cache description, just as it had been told to them.
