We had two "prizes" sitting in our geocaching pile at home:
- A prepared cache container earned as a prize from Bushman002 during the Community Celebration Event "Completing the DPT".
- A First To Find trackable coin found when we were FTF on GC9GEPN. Its mission is to travel as a FTF prize in caches.
What else could we do but place the FTF trackable inside the prepared geocache and set them both out into the wild. But just for the fun of it, we made it into a simple, two-stage multi (two prizes = two stages, makes sense, no?).
We chose this location because we just placed a couple other caches not far from here, so it will make the trek out to this area even more worthwhile. And this one is larger, has more space for loot, so it'll be fun for the young ones too.
To find the cache:
1. Go to the posted coordinates and find a sign with three sets of digits on it. They are: 911, 33, and X4Y.
2. Make a new number called XY. Add this to the North decimals in the posted coordinates (.651 + .0XY = new North decimals).
3. Multiply X by 10. Subtract this from the West decimals in the posted coordinates (.433 - .0X0 = new West decimals).
4. Proceed to the final stage - it's very close to the trail, you do not need to climb down the steep bank.
