This is where it all begins.... the reclamation of wastewater. Here you will find a parking lot, and the administration offices of the Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Treatment Plant. It's hard to believe, but the water that comes in leaves a lot cleaner! I know, trust me, I thought the same. It's just a parking lot and a business park here...but look high... it might be a stretch for shorter stature people. The lid pops off the cache, you don't need to force the container out of the cable tie...don't worry, the branch it's afixed to is dead.
