This is one cache in a series being placed in honour of the Dewey Decimal System.
020 is the dewey code for library & information science. This section is where librarians put information about libraries themselves, including topics like administration and personnel management. Archives and other types of information centers are also included here. Museums are not, they have a different section. In 027 specifically, you will find information "Including private and family libraries; proprietary libraries; rental libraries".
The theme for CARW2022 is boardgames (Dewey 794), and did you know, there are several board and card games with a library theme?? Some examples:
- Fire in the Library (2019) - Can you rescue more items from a burning library than the other players?
- Ex Libris (2017) - Can you build the best gnomish library collection in town?
- Biblios (2007) - Can you build the best monastic library?
- Sultan's Library (2016) - Can you bring back more knowledge to the Sultan than anyone else?
- The Mysterious Library (2018) - A co-op game where your team must repair books and free the people trapped inside.
There are also board game lending libraries! They are a great resource if you want to try a game before you buy it.
