This is a stand alone single exeloo unisex toilet, normally available 24/7. The exterior is roughcast, painted white. The metal door is painted a dark green. At the time of this visit there is a sign saying that the loo is out of order. Anyway, if your busting to go, read the note on the door and you will realise that just a few meters away. Go behind and there are other, older toilets that presumably this unit replaced. This exeloo unit is probably very similar to other exeloos that I have described in other caches of the toilet theme. It does have the panel outside with the green and two red lights.
Now to describe the older set behind the exeloo. There are two entrances into the building, one for males and one for females. One entrance is decorated with male lifesurfers and the other with female lifesurfers. I didn't bother going into the mens for obvious reasons, but it is reasonable to assume that there would be a urinal and a couple of cubicles, one large enough for a wheelchair. Both have grill gates at the entrance with locks but there were no sign indicating opening hours. The floor of the womens consists of blue tiles. the walls in the communal area are a very pale grey colour that go about two thirds of the way up the wall with the rest of the wall looks like it is painted plaster. The tiles along the back wall in the cibicles are of both the pale grey (as in the other walls) and blue tiles (as seen on the floor). They are in a chequered pattern making them appear quite striking, well at least to my eyes. There is a ventilation grill high up behind each loo. The ceiling is wooden and has a skylight in it. There are 3 loo cubicles with one large enough for a wheel chair to be easily manouvered. However there is a total lack of hand rails in any of the units assistance if you need it. Each unit is supplied with a sanitary disposal unit. No general waste rubbish bins were sighted. The cubicle doors are of heavy stainless steel, as are the walls of the cubicles. They all have streaks of rust. The toilet itself is stainless steel ans also shows signs of rust but not where you sit. Sitting is on the cold metal rim of the bowl, not the usual white plastic seat. The flush button, located behind the bowl really stands out because it is so shiny. You cannot latch the cubicle doors at all, basically because there is no latch. Also lacking are coat hooks. Each unit had two of the large toilet paper rolls. The hand basin is stainless steel. There is liquid soap available fronm the dispenser that is located above the basin. One tap for water and to obtain that, press down on the button. Hand drying is just a matter of shaking your hands. Overall they were interesting to find and I wonder if they have been available all this time with the exeloo for after hours. I have visited the exeloo several times over the years and never noticed these units before.
Now, you really want the cache so head off on a bearing of 202.230 degrees from the start point and travel for 304.189 metres.
There is no need to do any climbing. Be aware of any nearby drop offs so if you have any little ones with you, keep a good watch over them.
