CHEERS TO A NEW YEAR & NEW ADVENTURES! 
 

I was born in Saint Cloud, raised in Sauk Rapids, attended college in Moorhead, and bought my first house just blocks from campus. While I love to travel and explore new places, I have always been proud to call Minnesota home. Several life-altering events have occurred in this state including finding my first geocache, attending my first event, and years later, co-hosting a GeoTour in both Minnesota and North Dakota. In my first decade of geocaching, I’ve made some incredible friends, had many amazing adventures, and perhaps most notably, converted most of my muggle family. [NOTE: Ty-dog, I’m still coming for you!] 

This fall, I accepted a new position that requires relocation to the Pacific Northwest. While I know I’ll miss my home state and its inhabitants, I’m excited to see what the future holds. P

TLDR: Gia got a new job and is moving to Seattle. Come celebrate!

All are invited to this family-friendly geocaching event on Sunday, December 26 from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. 

In order to ensure all can participate to the degree in which they are comfortable, there are no planned activities beyond socializing.

Craft beer and soda are available though no purchase is required to attend. My family and I will provide some snacks. I will bring travel bugs and door prizes.
