My 7,000th geocache was way up north in Maine. If you've never been up n the Great North Woods, it's really an experience. Maniac1957 regularly takes a group of geocachers to the trains left in the woods when the logging operation was abandoned. It's really interesting and not a terribly hard hike (from someone who had knee replacement and ankle reconstruction)
