This cache started its life as Lost Souls Cache in Kalispell, MT at the home of my mom, MomsPlace. When she passed away, we made the decision to move the cache to our property in WA.
The cache is a large ammo can so there is room for even large trackables. An unactivated Easter travel bug has been left in with the log book as a FTF prize.
It is not hard to find but please make sure to put it back where you find it. At some times of the year the terrain rating may be higher than stated due to overgrowth, at other times it may be lower than stated.
Please use common sense on when it is acceptable to visit this cache. Daytime hours are recommended.
It is highly recommended that you park on the road and walk in. If you do drive in, please DO NOT pull off of the driveway! The ground can be deceptively soft and your vehicle is very likely going to get stuck. We would prefer to not have our property torn up and we are sure you would prefer to not have to pay a big tow bill. ;)
NO PETS PLEASE! They aren't out in that area often, and never without us, but our own pups aren't as friendly towards other 4 legged strangers as we are so for everyones safety, please leave your pets in your car.
A hint: If you cross the stream/culvert you have gone too far!
