Constructed in 1973, when Hernando was much smaller, and less busy. This park is always in use because of the nearby coffee shop and locally owed specialty boutiques. Church Park has 2 tennis courts, an activity pad, a small playground and a small pavilion available for rental. It has the smallest rock climbing wall I've ever seen.
