You are looking for a camo'd lisa tube, hidden at the posted coordinates (well, hanging actually) in the back of a shopping plaza.
Parking is available within a few meters of GZ and the cache is near some lights, so you can find this one almost any time. This is a busy spot of Friday and Saturday evenings.
Please leave the stamp in the cache as it is not a trade item, and return as found. Bring a pen to sign the log, and a stamp pad if you wish to use the stamp.
