The Suffolk Country Road Ramble
The Suffolk Country Road Ramble is a series of eleven caches placed along the road from Cavenham to Icklingham. This pleasant walk is about 2 miles long one way and passes through pleasant, quiet countryside surroundings, including a roadside nature preserve, over the River Lark, and into the Brecklands. All caches are hid to be found and come in various containers and sizes.
This trail can start in either Icklingham or Cavenham, and my recommendation is to do half one way and the other half on the way back. Please wear long trousers, as there are many nettles along the road. All caches can also be found as cache and dashes, as there are many places to park alongside the road. Please bring your own pen and tweezers may be useful.
