The younger of the Clever_Cachers was eager to hide our first cache ever since finding our first cache. With each passing find, the question that continually came up was: "When can we hide our first cache?"
I delayed her as long as I could, giving her a chance to see a variety of hide styles and container types. She has learned what hides work well (for fun and longevity) and what hides don't work well (that are not fun, not safe, or easily muggled). We both have our Favorites finds and talk about them often.
After 800 Finds, it is beyond time to hide our first cache, and we have hidden it in the same park where we found our first cache. We hope you enjoy finding this cache as much as we had hiding it. We are ready to give back to the geocaching community that has brought us so much joy (and frustration) over the last few years. 😇😇
