This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.

Ferryden Park Methodist Church. Known as Days Road Mission, the church closed on 30 Nov 2014 after 88 years of community service. The church structure was constructed from corrogated iron sheet metal with a small porch, and painted cream. The building was demolished less than a year after closure and has recently been replaced by a group of units known as Mission Court.
