Pot Luck Picnic. First event of the year!
Well folks, it can't get much earlier in the year than this! Meet us New Years Day, Jan 1, 2022 at 1pm as we make a brave return to Shark River Park - Home to the Deep Freeze of 2018 and the Christmas Blizzard of 2010!
Neither snow nor rain nor cold nor gloom of night stays these cachers from a Geocaching Event (especially when there's a souvenir)! Shark Park features 988 acres of land, 8 miles of trails, a dozen caches, a pond for skating, a playground for the kids and a spot to get warm if the weather is as cold as we hope it will be.
We'll stay until the first cacher freezes or 4:00 when the park closes.
Please post a note if you'll be attending and what you'll be bringing. We'll supply charcoal for the grills and some snacks. If you made it to one of the previous First BBQ events, you know you can't miss this one!
