Welcome to Cache Odyssey - Oklahoma! This cache is one of the 9 caches in the Cache Odyssey GeoTour - South Region (GT4F2), which is part of a 50 state series of letterbox hybrid caches that are wheelchair accessible and have a regular sized container OR LARGER. Every cache in this series is a well thought out, highly creative experience designed for you, the cacher, to enjoy. If you get a chance to visit others in this series (6 GeoTours in all), I highly recommend making it a priority in your plans! More information about the project can be found at the bottom of this cache page.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY
This geocache is only available Wednesday - Sunday. From November 1st to March 31st, it is available from 8am to 4:30pm. From April 1st to October 31st, it is available from 9am to 5:30pm. It is closed on all federal holidays. Please see the park website for more information.
Before we get started, you must have a smartphone with internet access in order to complete this cache. If you arrive without this item, you will need to make friends with a stranger passing by who has one because you won't be able to proceed. Are we on the same page here? Okay good.
Since this is a letterbox hybrid, the container has a stamp inside of it that stays with the geocache itself. You may stamp the logbook with your personal stamp or if you don't letterbox, that's okay, you can just sign the logbook, no problem. If you would like to keep track of your progress of the tour, you can print out the GeoTour Passport and use this stamp to fill in the Oklahoma spot! I also have some passports printed in the cache for your convenience.

This cache was placed here by permission from the park staff. You do not need to interact with them to complete this experience (though they might be excited to watch you figure it out
). If you need help, please reach out to me via geocaching messages and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you want to send me a message before you arrive to let me know when you are going, I will try my best to be available to assist via messages if needed when you are there. Happy caching!
