A = How many times is the word "Cutting Board" shown on the sign?

B = Last digit of the phone number on the sign.

C = What is the second digit after the word "April"? 
 

D =  Third digit of the phone number.

E = First digit minus the second digit after the word "October"?

F = Last digit of phone #, plus fifth digit of phone #, minus second digit of phone #.
