When someone has been accused of a Commited O'Fence, they often have to go before a jury of their peers. After much deliberation, it may be determined that it was not a Punishable O'Fence, regardless of if they have already had a First or Second O'Fence. If that is the case, they should be thankful that it is considered a Dropped O'Fence, otherwise, it would be their Third O'Fence and thus they would be out of options. Like the rest of this series, the name is specific to the cache. Please be sure to take care to remove and replace the cache the way it should be. Like the rest of the series, please don't take O'Fence to the fact that it is a micro. Trust me, I get it however, it is hard to put a regular size cache on a fence.
