The road to GZ is Napier Street Bendigo, a few minutes north of the city centre. Napier Street forms part of the Midland Highway and at times can be a very busy arterial road that feeds the City.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to use your incredible skills of stealth, to navigate, locate the cache, sign the log, return the cache to its spot all while going undetected and unnoticed in a possible crowd of muggles seemingly watching your every move.
The site, Lake Weeroona is one of the many jewels in Bendigo’s crown, a real 'must see'. There is an amazing playground and wide-open space for kids to burn off some energy. There is car-parking at the lake or there is a vintage tram from the city centre to the lake. This beautiful ornamental lake and reserve is set on 18 hectares and was transformed from a dusty mining area in the 1870s. It has sealed path that surrounds this picturesque lake and there are adjacent shops selling refreshments. Top off your visit by finding this cache. 😃
